Ingredients

• 2 oz Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill Gin
• 1 c ice
• 1 ½ oz honey syrup* 
• 1 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish
• *Honey syrup: Combine ½ cup honey with ½ cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat, pour into an airtight container, let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
