Ingredients

• ¾ c Disaronno Liqueur
• 1 box vanilla wafer cookies, processed fine
• ½ c walnuts, chopped
• ½ c almonds, chopped
• ¾ c chocolate-hazelnut spread
• ¾ c powdered sugar
• 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
• ¼ c shredded coconut, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a large bowl.
2. Stir until completely incorporated; chill for 30 minutes.
3. Roll dough into approximately 48 1-inch balls.
4. Roll each ball in shredded coconut until completely covered.
5. Place on a parchment-lined pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
