Rich scents of honey and caramel on the nose, but don’t be fooled by the sweet aroma upfront. It’s hot on the tongue with bold caramel and vanilla notes and a dry finish. Try it in a Bourbon Whiskey Sour. Combine 1 ½ oz bourbon, ½ oz fresh lemon juice and ¼ oz simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain a martini glass; garnish with a maraschino cherry.
