This vintages whole cluster lots represent the first and last pick of pinot noir fruit from the vineyard. Grapes were picked and placed in fermentation bins, with whole clusters layered between 11.8% and 34% of the bin with destemmed grapes on top. After fermentation, the wine was racked into mostly neutral French oak barrels, in order to allow the natural grape and stem tannin to speak.
