This is our signature Knucklehead vodka that starts as pure beet or cane sugar and water. Double-distilled in a column still to 190 proof clear spirit and filtered twice through high density activated charcoal, it is then diluted to its final proof of 80. This vodka is made with only one goal: to be of highest quality and purity. It adds no taste or tone to your favorite mixed drink, leaving you in full control of flavors you are setting out to enjoy. Naturally gluten-free and, by the end of the process, also sugar-free, this is a very straight-forward product.
