Mostly derived from the steuben variety, which resembles the popular catawba variety, but without as much acidity and with a tad more spice. A blend of fredonia and steuben, this semi-sweet, medium-bodied wine complements light and mild poultry dishes. A perfect companion to a dressed turkey feast.
