This ripasso has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The scent of black cherry is very evident as well as the spice. On the palate it's sapid and endowed with a nice freshness, then enriched with sensations of cherry, plum jam and rhubarb. Ideal for red meat dishes and with meat sauces on first courses of pasta or rice.
