Guardoilvento expresses the character of the altitude and the black and stony earth from which it originates. Fragrant with intense and delicate aromas, with notes of fresh fruit and spices, with a strong body but with gentle, soft and delicate tannins. Easy to drink at the moment, but even more generous if you know how to expect it. Guardoilvento goes very well with meat, pork, veal and poultry dishes. Other excellent combinations can be vegetables, such as cabbage and spinach, mushrooms, carpaccio, various types of appetizers and pasta dishes and even light fish dishes.
