Fine, delicate and very clean, with lightly toasted pastry notes and syrupy fruits. Fresh and fruity, well-structured, crispy, balanced carbonic and good persistence. Light hints of pastry and fresh fruits, altogether elegant and lively. Perfect harmony or alcohol and acidity. Long finish.
