Mulled White Wine
When the winter winds blow, stir up a batch cocktail to share that’s as warm as it’s comforting! Aromatic spices, citrus and sweet honey complement the flavors of pinot grigio in a way that’s sure to chase away the cold.
Ingredients
- 1 750-mL bottle Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Pinot Grigio
- 1 c water
- ½ c honey
- 5 cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole anise stars
- 1 orange, sliced thin
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer (don’t boil), then remove from heat and cover for 20 minutes.
- Ladle into mugs.
