From parcels of ungrafted bush vines planted on the granitic soils of Los Castanos and Bularco in the Itata Valley. The vineyards are cultivated by traditional small-scale viticulturists. Carefully selected, harvested by hand and fermented in open fermentation vats. Aged in concrete tanks, clay amphoras and old French oak barrels.
