In the glass we have a ruby red color with violet reflection. On the nose a lot of small red berries and violets. Finally in the mouth a remarkable softness and freshness. San Luigi is the most classic of pairings with typical Piedmontese cuisine, from vitello tonnato to tajarin, from raw meat to plin.
