Organic. 100% cabernet franc. This wine displays the clean, precise character of a great terroir of the left bank of Chinon. Very careful harvesting by hand allows a wine with silky tannin and great elegance. The wine delivers a fine and very elegant aromatic constellation of dark berries, cigar smoke, a complex base of tuffeau soil tones, a hint of tree bark and just a whisper of fresh thyme.
