Starts with fully matured Maker’s Mark straight out the barrel, then takes a bold twist. We add seared French oak staves to the barrel and age it a bit longer, but only in winter, when bourbon matures more slowly. The result is a bourbon with bolder, more complex flavors, but one whose every sip delivers the smooth, approachable whisky you've come to expect from Maker's Mark.
