Mature red berry flavors of cherry, kirsch and raspberry mixed with vanilla and spices. Harmonious and balanced with a plump fruitiness and silky texture which are offset by round, gentle tannins. Medium body and an elegant structure. Pairs well with chicken tarragon or garlic roast beef tenderloin.
