Our recreation of the classic mixer from Barbados. Made with fresh ingredients — ginger, freshly grated lime zest, toasted whole cloves and toasted allspice berries are added to our white rum in small batches, then sweetened with the same turbinado sugar we use for distilling. The end result is a shelf-stable liqueur that's an excellent mixer for cocktails, a chilled digestif or simply enjoyed mixed with tonic or soda.
