Product Highlights
The nose is fresh and focused with loads of golden apple and honeydew melon. Secondary fruit flavors of nectarine, lemon and peach skin offer added complexity to the nose. Honey and wax lead to the oak influence that shows flavors of cinnamon and vanilla. A subtle hint of mineral on the palate adds a nice accent to the more dominant flavors in the wine. Pairs best with soft cheeses, poultry, seared scallops and Thai spice.
