A high-rye mash bill combined with a bit of wheat to add sweet depth of flavor. Pot distilled in our American-made still. Has a beautiful spice on the nose and palate, with layers of apricot and toasted marshmallows. Aged in 25-gallon and 53-gallon barrels, each batch is blended for balance and complexity.
