We honor the proud Pennsylvania rye whiskey tradition with this product. A high rye mash bill, with a bit of wheat to add sweet depth of flavor, is pot distilled in our American-made still. Beautiful spice on the nose and palate, with layers of apricot and toasted marshmallows. Aged in 25-gallon and 53-gallon barrels, each batch is blended for balance and complexity.
