Traditional method Rose Champagne from a small eight-hectare vineyard. 36 months ageing on the lees to develop complexity and allow the various base wines to marry together. Floral and delicate on the nose with an notes of rose, fresh grapes and small red fruits. There's an explosion of fruit on the full-bodied palate where strawberries and raspberries dominate before ending with an elegant finish.

The 60% Meunier in the blend of this Champagne gives softness to the texture and a delicate red-fruit perfume. Its acidity is equally soft from the high dosage. It is all in balance. Drink now.
