This is the fourth vintage of Incognito, a real blanc de noirs, made from kékfrankos, one of the flagship varieties of Szekszárd wine region. Fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature (16°C) from the free-run juice of kékfrankos grapes, it shows almost no color. The wine is fruity, fresh, spicy and surprisingly aromatic. The balanced acidity and a hint of residual sugar make the palate round.
