It's hard to believe the depth and flavor offered at this price point. Ripe dark fruits and touches of licorice and chocolate sing on the solid nose. There's good weight on the palate, but this monastrell is beautifully balanced with ripe tannin and a long, rich finish.

Red-violet in the glass, this wine has a nose of blackberry, dark chocolate and baking spice. It is spicy in the mouth, with flavors of clove, eucalyptus and anisette backed by milk chocolate, black cherry and blackberry. Chalky tannins dissolve into a rose petal finish.
