This blend is crystal clear and pale yellow with an intense nose of citrus fruits (lemon, lime) and a hint of seawater. It's supple and light with an explosion of citrus aromas and a marked mineral taste. Excellent with grilled shellfish or fish platter. Also excellent as an aperitif and with chicken salad and light fare dishes.
