This tequila is aged for a minimum of 1 year in French oak white wine barrels, then charcoal filtered to create a stunning cristalino expression. Try the Cantarito cocktail. Combine 2 oz tequila añejo, 1 oz orange juice, ½ oz fresh lime juice, ½ oz fresh lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and orange wedge.
