Made in the style of a classic Southeast Pennsylvania rye with a mash bill of rye and malted barley. Aged in new oak cooperage and bottled at 86 proof. A subdued palate entry with grassy notes. The mid-palate brings rye spiciness with a malty undertone. Mineral and floral notes on the finish. Perfect in classic cocktails like the manhattan.
