Our pinot noir shows that patience and experience matter. Aging this wine for an average of 12 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels imparts hints of vanilla, waffle cone and toasty oak. A moderate grip of acidity and low tannins allow this expressive wine to complement a wide range of foods.
