The naturally slow growing season of Stone Valley results in low brix at harvest while developing the depth and complexity expected in a cabernet sauvignon. This rich and full-bodied cabernet offers an array of pleasures for drinkers, starting with aromas of dark cherry, blueberry, light toast and a nice herbal note. There’s brightness and a medium-plus tannin profile through a pulsing fruit middle, capped by chai spices and dark chocolate on a beautiful Chukar cherry finish.
