Ruby red. Persistent with hints of ripe red fruit, jam and light notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Balanced and harmonious with a pleasant tannic vein. Pairs well with potato gnocchi, "sagnette e fagioli." lamb and porchetta rabbit.
