Cooked apple with lemon zest and brioche undertones. Lemon pie. Full-bodied and dense with layers of fruit that follow through on the finish. It’s very vinous, meaning winey. Fascinating aftertaste of dried lemons and light toffee. Nuance. Subtle bubbles. Great for pairing with food. Mostly 2017. 52% chardonnay, 42% pinot noir and 4% pinot meunier. 9 grams dosage.
