The 2021 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Auslese is clear, bright, fresh and highly refined on the fascinating, coolish, pure and detailed nose that shows crunchy slate aromas and very delicate lemon fruit. Filigreed and delicate on the palate, this is a lush but light, highly finessed, stimulating and saline Auslese that already drinks beautifully. It's playful but noble and of great, great elegance and finesse.
