Look for a soft topaz hue and pleasing vanilla and dried apricot aromas. The palate is spicy and a little astringent, with vanilla, cinnamon and clove winding into a drying finish that leaves a faint trail of espresso, leather and ginger. Made with grapes from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne regions.
