This bold single-barrel bourbon is bottled in bond after 10 years of aging. There is a peppery pinch to the spicy nose. The slightly singed toast acts as a perfect counter to the mint and orange rind. A deep, satin-smooth oak and burnt sugar backdrop taste allows the malt and rye to have a big say. The finish is subtle with hints of vanilla toffee.
