The aromas of sugar and charred oak make this bourbon wonderfully appealing. The flavors of oak, vanilla and brown sugar, soften the higher alcohol proof and are superbly balanced. The finish is smooth and long with great depth and complexity. Try the Godfather. Combine 1 ½ oz bourbon and 1 ½ oz amaretto in a mixing glass with ice; stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass.
