This lovely red wine from pinot noir is a late harvest. This means a lot of abundance for you. The predicate spätlese is based on the sugar content of the grape (measured in °oechsle) and indicates how full-bodied a wine is, but not how sweet it is. While we now completely dispense with the predicates for dry wines and focus on the origin of the wine, we would rather emphasize its high quality and fruitiness with this lovely wine.
With this red wine you will make everyone (and yourself) happy who likes to drink sweet wines, who like it very fruity and full and who are more into velvety taste than tannins. You can also combine it wonderfully with Christmas spices and chocolate.
It's best to open it 1-2 hours before enjoying it and serve it at room temperature.
