Blue Hawaiian
There's a good chance you’re thinking one of two things: vacationing to the Aloha State or "Is it really blue?!" Created in Waikiki, this drink is indeed a vibrant shade of blue. Complete this sweet, tropical cocktail with a mini umbrella and you'll find that with each sip, you feel a little closer to island time.
Ingredients
- ¾ oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- ¾ oz Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur
- 1 oz sweet & sour mix
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Lemon-lime soda
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish and soda, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and pour into a hurricane glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
