From the start, this has been our favorite. We had considered keeping a bit of the sugar intact and having it be a semi-sweet, but the richness of the limes really works best with a truly dry mead. As it ages, it blends vanilla tones with the fresh lime zest and juice we use. Get it quick, as Carmine and Scott tend to raid the inventory a lot.
