Designed for slow, contemplative sipping, our 100% blue agave añejo tequila is aged in white oak barrels for 18 to 36 months to provide a sophisticatedly smooth product. Golden color with aromas of caramel with sweet fruit and light oak. On the mouth a smooth entry leads to a soft, medium- to-full bodied palate with caramel, grilled tropical fruits and brown spices. The finish is medium-bodied with lightly sweet agave fruit. Pairs well with lamb and rabbit.
