Yellow apple, melon, plantain and orange peel aromas are front and center on the nose of this superpale yellow-gold wine, with accents of straw and lemon verbena dancing playfully in the back. It's medium in weight and a little soft on the midpalate, though brightened back up on the finish thanks to ample acidity and a lightly lingering citrus-pith tone that lends some pleasantly bitter texture to the experience.
