Nose with high intensity, complex and elegant that combines the classic notes of fruit with citrus and herbaceous, highlighting its mineralization and aromas of scrubland. Unctuous, balanced palate with great structure. It has a powerful mid-palate and a very persistent finish with detailed memories on the nose and the characteristic final bitterness typical of the Verdejo grape.

It's a wine suitable for aperitifs and accompanying dishes based on fish, seafood, pasta, rice and white meats. It pairs with smoked type of soft cheeses and Serrano ham.
