Product Highlights
A table rosé par excellence, this wine is made up of tannat and cabernet from schist soils. In the same way as for the whites, it ferments alcohol and malolactic in stainless steel vats to gain in fat and roundness.
Gastronomic rosé, served moderately chilled, it will be drunk as an aperitif as well as fish meals or starter courses, cold meats or white meats. It will keep for four to five years.
