Our Côte de Nuits Villages white is 100% Burgundy chardonnay. The chardonnay grape, which produces the great white wines of Burgundy, with the scent of hazelnuts and almonds , is a rarity on the Côte de Nuits. On 162ha of Côte de Nuits Villages, only 8ha are cultivated in white.

The chardonnay on this marl-limestone terroir of Burgundy gains momentum and fat while remaining lively and thirst-quenching. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish, shellfish, white meats and strong cheeses.
