Beautiful light gold color with fine lingering bubbles. Bright color. An intense fusion of fruit scents, such as white peaches, and heady floral aromas reminiscent of white flowers. On the palate, fresh and well-balanced, with fine bubbles. It will be delicious as an aperitif, but will go very well with fish dishes for a very refined meal.
