The extreme fragmentation of the estate allows vinification by terroir. The "Domaine de La Tourmaline" cuvée is the result of a subtle blend and the result of the know-how passed down from father to son. This muscadet on lees combines minerality, sparkle and finesse. It is in line with the great wines of the Loire, of which the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation is one of the jewels.
