Profile
Product Highlights
Produced in the Alpine town of Chambéry, making its wines according to a controlled method set down in 1932. This means production must occur in Chambéry itself; real plants, not pre-prepared infusions, must be used during maceration; and sugar, not other sweeteners, must be used. It has a clear, pale golden hue with a slight green tinge. Slightly grassy nose, mingled with aromas of lime, thyme and white wine. Noticeably lighter on the palate with floral notes and spices. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails.
