As to the red, the 2021 Bourgogne Rouge is light ruby-hued, with a pretty, vibrant nose of ripe black cherries, framboise, peppery herbs, and loamy earth in a medium-bodied, silky, balanced, and elegant package. It's not going to make old bones, but it has tons to love.
