A refreshing white wine from Israel's Galilee. The appearance is very clear and nearly transparent with a soft light yellow tint to it. One can smell a very pleasant aroma that's fruity with loads of lemon, gooseberries, apricots and Golden Delicious apples. Very light in the mouth with little acid in the mid-palate, but a stronger acidity towards the finish. The flavor has a light tartness to it, but nothing that would leave one with a pucker. The wine leaves the mouth with just little touch of spice at the end.
