Dad’s Hat Chose some of our very best whiskey to bottle under the standards set by the Bottled-in-Bond Act passed by the U.S. Congress in 1897. This whiskey must be the product of one distillation season, made by one distiller at one distillery, be at least four years old, and bottled at 100 proof with only water allowed to be added.
