Distiller’s Editions are ’double matured’ or finished in a second wood type. This 2015 edition of Cragganmore Distiller’s Edition was distilled in 2003 and matured in traditional cask followed by a finishing period in ex-port wood casks. The ex-port barrels adds an extra layer of flavor and complexity, very much complimenting the base-spirit.
