Product Highlights

In the glass is mantled with a bright and vivid red color, velvety on the palate, perfectly matches succulent dishes. The bouquet is intense and persistent, fruity where you recognize the cherry and sour cherry flavors beneath the alcohol. On the palate, dry, soft, quite fresh and tannic, fruity, full-bodied. Pairs well with bread-encrusted Prague ham, meatballs with cream sauce, sausage and potatoes, venison, cold cuts and matured cheeses. It takes its name from Riccardo Siniscalco, a Norman feudal lord of the castle in the town of Gioia del Colle.
