Grapes were destemmed and stored in raulí wood open tanks, where they were slowly fermented for 20 days, with gentle pump-overs to avoid over-extraction. Malolactic fermentation and aging in concrete tanks and old French oak barrels and stainless steel vats for 18 months. Finally, wine is aged and bottled for 6 months before being commercialized.
